Processes

Three welding processes

  1. MIG welding up close: leather glove, helmet and the blue arc on a steel part.

    MIG welding

Continuous wire with shielding gas: a fast, productive process for carbon steel, ideal for structures, frames and production assemblies.

  2. TIG torch held in gloved hands, with the arc lit on a metal profile.

    TIG welding

A tungsten-electrode arc for fine, controlled beads on stainless steel and aluminum, where the finish matters.

  3. Automated welding torch working on a round part held in a chuck.

    Laser welding

High-strength joints with minimal heat distortion, for critical components, parts with a cosmetic finish and hard-to-reach areas.

Features

  • High mechanical strength joints
  • Minimal heat distortion with laser welding
  • Clean finish on visible parts
  • Joining dissimilar materials

Applications

  • Critical assemblies
  • Structures and frames
  • Cabinets and enclosures
  • Precision components
