1. Data controller

DMC Ingeniería, located in Camargo, Chihuahua, Mexico, is responsible for the personal data you provide through this website.

2. Data we collect

Only what you type or attach in the quote request form:

• Name
• Company (optional)
• Email
• Phone or WhatsApp
• The services of interest and the approximate quantity, when you choose them
• Your project description
• The drawings, files or reference photos you attach (optional)

If you share drawings or files with us on WhatsApp or by email, we process them too. We don't ask for sensitive personal data; please don't include any.

3. Purpose

We use your data only to answer your quote request and follow up on your project: reviewing your requirements, preparing the proposal and getting in touch with you. This purpose is necessary to serve you. The drawings and files you share are used only to quote and develop your project.

We don't use your data for secondary purposes, advertising or marketing, and we don't sell it.

4. How the form works

When you send the form, your details and any files you attach are emailed to DMC Ingeniería through Resend, the service that delivers that email, and received in our email (Google Workspace). The website doesn't store your data or your files in any database.

The form also offers you a ready-made message to send on WhatsApp, if you prefer. That conversation is also subject to WhatsApp's (Meta Platforms) terms and privacy policy.

To prevent abuse, the server computes an irreversible fingerprint (hash) of your IP address and uses it for one minute only, to limit repeated submissions. It isn't stored in any database or linked to your data.

5. Transfers

We don't transfer your personal data to third parties. We rely on providers that process it on our behalf (processors) and don't use it for their own purposes: Vercel Inc., which hosts the website; Resend, which delivers the form's email; and Google, which hosts our email.

6. Cookies and tracking

This website uses no analytics or advertising cookies and no tracking tools. It only stores in your browser whether you prefer light or dark mode, and that setting never leaves your device.

7. Your rights (ARCO) and withdrawing consent

You can access, correct, delete or object to the use of your data (ARCO rights), and withdraw your consent, by writing to proyectos@ingenieriadmc.com. Include your name, the right you want to exercise and how we can reply. We'll answer within 20 business days.

8. Changes to this notice

Any change will be published on this page, with its update date.
